This is a structured program with a comprehensive orientation, paid professional development days, and clinical supervision and reflective practice, which are supported by a dedicated Learning & Development Team. Certified copy of academic transcript to date, with results legend. Two recent clinical placement summative appraisals/reports – these must in sent in their entirety and not selected pages or parts. Paper based reports need to be certified and electronic reports do not need certification. One of your appraisals/reports should be from a recent mental health placement, unless this placement is not completed yet.
