To qualify for this position, you must have completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Bachelor of Construction Management (or graduating in 2025 or mid-2026).
Candidates will require their own transport to project sites.

Responsibilities

As a Graduate Engineer, you’ll get the chance to explore multiple functions of the projects you work on to get an in-depth understanding of the core elements required for delivery. You will work as part of the team and play a key role in ensuring all work is delivered in accordance with quality, time, production, safety and environmental objectives of the project in line with our expectations as a business.

You’ll get the opportunity to:

  • learn about drawings, specifications, and workplace health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) requirements for all site-related activities
  • work as part of a team to ensure core project functions are being delivered, including purchasing materials, supporting financial functions, submitting progress claims, assisting with quality monitoring and contributing to creating solutions where needed
  • maintain a daily diary outlining details of site meetings, discussions, works performed, and inspections
  • actively participate in training initiatives and skill development programs.
