We are recruiting for a Graduate Consultant for Digital Advisory and Transformation for Lexica. Lexica is a leading specialist consultancy, transforming environments for clients in health and life sciences. From June 2025 Lexica is a member of WSP (UK) Ltd and will be fully integrated into the organisation by Jan 2026. A little bit more about your role and the team… We specialise in digital transformation for all healthcare environments and the development of innovative Digital plans for new hospital/healthcare facility build projects. The role is all about collaboration, whether with client clinical and operational teams, patients, partner organisations and a range of specialist teams across WSP. Every project is unique and will offer its own particular challenges. As a Graduate Digital Consultant, you will be part of a team that undertakes project-based work for a range of healthcare clients where achieving significant change is the expectation. Our clients will look to us to coach, mentor and educate stakeholders in what is possible and how we get them there. At its core, we follow a 3-step process, understand the current state, define a future state, and plan the Digital interventions required to achieve that future state. Where we can, we will both plan the Digital transformation activities and then deliver them. Day-to-day activities could include: Assisting in project based work for a range of healthcare clients, to achieve significant change. Assisting in defining a and planning digital interventions for clients. Assisting with the delivery of digital transformation activities, as well as being part of the process to deliver the projects. In this team, you will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with colleagues and adapting to dynamic project environments. You’ll have graduated with at least a 2:2 in a master’s or bachelor’s degree in an appropriate academic qualification in either Digital, Healthcare, for the built environment or a STEM relevant discipline. Candidates must complete the application form in full answering all specific questions. This requirement applies to all candidates, inclusive of their background. Successful completion of this stage is mandatory. Candidates who pass this initial stage, will then be required to complete an online skill enabler assessment. Both the application form and the skill enabler assessment are essential parts of the early career’s recruitment process. You'll be looking to start work in April or September 2026. You will ideally have some demonstrable experience in a healthcare, Digital or built environment setting, and/or with project delivery of a digital or transformation nature.
