Working alongside experienced Sales Directors and Business Development Managers, you will support global customers through the full sales cycle — from initial enquiry to large-scale project delivery. You will develop your technical expertise, commercial acumen, and digital skills while preparing quotes, managing tender processes, and building strong customer relationships. Day-to-Day Duties and Learnings: Preparing accurate quotes and technical documentation for customers and resellers across international markets Providing expert technical advice on Hydrotech product applications to ensure the best solutions are delivered to customers Supporting the sales team throughout the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to order placement Managing tender activities and prequalification processes, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Working with CRM systems (Salesforce/Skywater) and Smart Sheet to track and manage sales activities effectively Coordinating with internal engineering, purchasing, and production departments to ensure seamless project delivery Participating in trade shows and customer visits to develop commercial awareness and build professional relationships Identifying and implementing process improvements using digital tools, automation, and a digital-first mindset to increase team efficiency Qualifications Ideal Skills and Experience: Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline (essential) Fluent in English, and Swedish Other European languages are useful Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar platforms Willingness to travel Interest in digital tools, data analysis, and process automation is advantageous Additional Information Location: Vellinge, Sweden.
