The intern will have the opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the role of a credit rating agency analyst including how commercial real estate (CRE) is evaluated and how ratings decisions are formed. The role offers valuable analytical, technical, and professional experience applicable across financial services and corporate environments. Key Job Requirements: Support analysts in building detailed cash flow analyses of CRE properties. Assist in monitoring key performance indicators for CRE loans. Contributes to the preparation of transaction reports, internal memoranda and research materials. Provide general support for KBRA’s credit analysts. Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets and databases. Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and general productivity is a plus To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the UK, and should not require sponsorship (current or future) for employment visa status.
