Job Description The Role - [Production Specification analyst] As a Production Specification Analyst, you will ensure accurate and up-to-date engineering specifications while analyzing and interpreting complex engineering data, including Design Change Notifications, Vehicle Description Summary (VDS), and Program Content. [Product Data Management Engineer] - The TCK PDM Business Process Lead will serve as the Business Application Owner of the Teamcenter platform, collaborating with IT, end-users, and global partners to drive system operations and improvements. - This role includes active participation in the Global Teamcenter PDM Joint Focus Team meetings, mentoring users on Teamcenter fundamentals, release and data sharing processes, and validating new software during major/minor upgrade events as an early adopter. What You'll do- [Production Specification analyst] - Serve as the primary analyst for the Master Part List, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date engineering specifications. - Analyze and interpret complex engineering data, such as Design Change Orders, Vehicle Description Summary (VDS), and Product Plan Content. - Update and manage the Master Parts List in the system based on engineering instructions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Program Teams, and Manufacturing, to ensure data integrity and alignment with program requirements. - Identify and resolve discrepancies in engineering documentation and part specifications. [Product Data Management Engineer] - Support Teamcenter-based PLM system operations, including testing, deployment, and maintenance - Assist in delivering Teamcenter training and user guidance to internal stakeholders - Support data sharing and release processes across global engineering sites - Participate in global Teamcenter PDM Joint Focus Team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional partners - Help validate new software features during major and minor upgrade events - Contribute to process improvement initiatives and digital transformation efforts within the PLM domain Your Skills & Abilities(Required Qualifications) - Majors Required: STEM-related majors such as engineering, Computer science, or IT related field Eligibility: -Graduates or students expected to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or higher from a 4-year accredited university by February 2026 - Language Proficiency: TOEIC score of 700 or higher OPIC and TOEIC Speaking/Writing scores will be converted to TOEIC equivalents (OPIC: IM2 or above, TOEIC Speaking: Level 6 or above) Graduates or expected graduates from overseas universities are exempt from submitting a TOEIC score -GPA: Minimum cumulative GPA of B (3.0/4.5 scale) or higher -Must be available for full-time internship -Preference will be given to veterans and individuals eligible for employment protection under applicable laws What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) - - Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel/Macro/PPT/Power BI/etc.), desirable coding, process automation, Big Data analyst and AI framework. - Comprehensive understanding of the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) processes - Business level in English proficiency to communicate clearly - Experience and understanding of 3D CAD-Modeling tools like NX, CATIA, SolidWorks. - Experience or understanding of coding for automation using Python, Java - Problem solving and driving for result. - Open to new challenges, flexible thinking, and acceptance of different tasks. - Understand user’s needs and provide proactive support and guidance - Collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships How We Hire - 1.
