Seneca also provides vegetable products to other companies under various co-pack arrangements.   Help us make our Farm Fresh Goodness Great!  Come join the Seneca Foods team – Apply now!       Seneca Foods in Glencoe, MN is currently seeking seasonal Agricultural Workers for its 2026 production season:  • Peas – mid-June through late July• Corn – late July through mid-October This timeframe is tentative and can be affected by the weather and crop availability. Seneca provides safe working conditions, paid overtime over 40 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and on-the-job training.   Locations in the field can include: Arlington, Atwater, Bird Island, Brownton, Cosmos, Gaylord, Gibbon, Glencoe, Hector, Hutchinson, Kimball, Litchfield, Olivia, Redwood, Renville, Rice, Royalton & Stewart.   Positions include: Harvest Operators, Crop Samplers, Pregrade/Rawproduct Grading, and Truck Router/Flow Control Relief   *Please state which position you are interested in on your application.*   Job duties include but are not limited to:  Harvest Operators: Combine Peas and/ or Corn, assist with minor repairs, adjustments, maintenance, & combine sanitation. Crop Sampler: Collecting 15–20-pound samples of Pea and/or Corn during early morning hours in an accurate and timely manner. Pregrade/Rawproduct Grading: Process Pea and/or Corn samples at plant location after samples are taken. Truck Router/Flow Control Relief: Dispatch trucks and schedules loads to plant to ensure timely processing. All positions must: Work in a safe and responsible manner Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and safety policies/procedures. Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Farm equipment driving experience is preferred for Harvest Operators but not required. Must have a strong work ethic.
