(CAI) is an amusement park development and management company located in New York City. In 2003, CAI developed Victorian Gardens at Wollman Rink in Central Park, and in 2010 developed Luna Park in Coney Island, at the site of the birthplace of the amusement industry. CAI is part of the Zamperla Group, which is the worldwide leader in the manufacturing of amusement rides. As a Finance and Administration Receptionist, at the amusement park, you'll be tasked with handling administrative duties and providing support to daily operations. This includes managing phone calls, distributing mail, and welcoming visitors. Additionally, you'll handle confidential information as needed. Location: Luna Park in Coney Island, 1000 Surf Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11224, USA Job Description: Extend a friendly and welcoming demeanor to guests and colleagues alike, ensuring a positive atmosphere throughout the park. Uphold the professional image of CAI through adherence to grooming standards and uniform policies. Actively engage in teamwork, offering assistance and support to fellow team members as required. Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills to promptly address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Take responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of designated work areas. Execute all assigned tasks with diligence and attention to detail. Adhere to CAI's policies and procedures at all times, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, actively participating in training and development initiatives. Assist team members by creating and distributing name tags, IDs, and other necessary credentials, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication throughout the park.
