As a vital support to our bartenders, you'll help deliver exceptional beverage service to our guests. Barbacks assist bartenders, allowing them to focus on guests and crafting delicious cocktails. If you're ready to be part of a dynamic team and create memorable experiences for our guests. Location: Luna Park in Coney Island, 1000 Surf Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11224, USA Job Description: Collaborate with bartenders to set up the bar, including filling ice bins, stocking garnishes & fruit, and ensuring glassware is available. Maintain cleanliness of the bar throughout the shift. Restock product inventory as needed, including bottles of liquor, batched cocktails, and changing beer kegs. Assist with batching and prepping cocktails for service. Break down the bar at the end of the shift, restocking inventory, and removing trash and recyclables. Stand for long periods and lift heavy objects such as cases of liquor, beer kegs, and trash cans. Understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and training guidelines. Provide responsive, friendly, and courteous service to all guests. Support bartenders in achieving company objectives for efficiency and service. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to company guidelines for appearance. Requirements Ability to collaborate seamlessly with fellow team members and supervisors. Demonstrate courtesy and quick service, ensuring a delightful experience for our guests and encouraging repeat visits. Be prepared to handle physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects like trash bags, kegs, or pallets of stock Flexibility to work independently and/or as part of a team. Availability to work various shifts, weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed. Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout the shift. Must be outgoing, friendly, courteous, and honest. Responsibilities
