Program Information Our 5-day Spring Insight Week program is designed for students graduating in 2028, who are interested in a career in investment banking. Regardless of what subject you are studying at university, this program will give you exposure to the life you could lead working in a dynamic, diverse, and international firm. The program will include opportunities for you to: Learn about the Houlihan Lokey Corporate Finance business, and investment banking more broadly, from our bankers Hear from senior business leaders about their roles and how their teams are developing Shadow junior Corporate Finance bankers to learn more about their day-to-day responsibilities Attend practical technical and soft skills workshops Showcase your problem-solving abilities by presenting case studies to senior business leaders Network and attend a social event with a wide variety of bankers In the case that you demonstrate the right skills and motivation during our Spring Insight Week program, you may be fast-tracked to the Assessment Centre for our 2027 Summer Financial Analyst internship programs. Requirements/Qualifications This program is intended for students attending university in the UK, graduating in 2028. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Some knowledge of or exposure to investment banking, either via academic work or independent research Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to operate independently but also work in a team Be proactive and performance-driven Application Process To be considered for this program, you must upload an additional document in your application which answers the following: Why are you interested in working in M&A Advisory? Responsibilities
Participants will learn about the Corporate Finance business and investment banking from experienced bankers. They will also have opportunities to shadow junior bankers, attend workshops, and present case studies to senior leaders.
