Support Design for Manufacturability (DFX) initiatives by documenting and driving improvements in new product designs Assist in prototyping and testing of mechanical components Design and fabricate components and fixtures for production and testing purposes Operate and maintain 3D printers for rapid prototyping Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline Strong academic performance (GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Effective time management and organizational abilities Familiarity with CAD tools and 3D printing technologies is a plus Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving
