Day in the Life of a Quality Engineering Intern: As an Engineering Intern at Bell, you can expect to use Textron’s continuous improvement resources to develop and implement process improvement strategies across functions to eliminate waste and improve precision. Work in a role directly related to: Proactive Quality, Corrective Action, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain Quality, Software Quality, Inspection Processes and Techniques, Metrology and Calibration or Quality Program Management. Compile and analyze defect reporting data to identify key trends and improvement targets. What You’ll Need: · Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Engineering Technology. · Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2026) or prior Bell internship experience · Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1– August 7, 2026 What Will Make You Stand Out: · Previous internship experience with automotive, agricultural, construction, computer, or service companies. · Experience using SAP or CAMS software. · Previous teamwork and leadership roles. · Able to work effectively in a team and prioritize a variety of assignments. · A strong desire to work in the aerospace/manufacturing industry with a great team and company that has an excellent product history. · Strong computer skills, especially with: Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
