SUMMER 2026 INTERNSHIP Blair, Church & Flynn is offering a paid summer internship program spanning 10 weeks. Interns will collaborate directly with experienced professionals to develop essential technical competencies, contribute to design projects, and acquire valuable industry insights.   PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Interns will have the opportunity to: * Gather and analyze key data points * Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard design software * Assemble foundational elements of construction documentation * Prepare maps, plans, and detailed drawings * Support office operations related to construction activities * Demonstrate professional communication * Foster productive working relationships REQUIREMENTS * Current enrollment in an AA/AS or Bachelor’s degree program in engineering, geomatics, construction management, or a closely related discipline * Proven ability in critical thinking and problem-solving * Record of activities reflecting strong communication skills and effective teamwork * Availability for full-time work during any consecutive 10-week period between June and September LOCATION * This position is in person and requires local travel for meetings and site visits.
