Based on academic background and interview performance, shortlisted candidates will be assigned to one of the team below: Compensation & Benefits Disney University (Learning and Development) HR Operations Talent Acquisition Business Partnering (Cast Engagement) Responsibilities: Support a variety of HR projects. Update and maintain required personnel records in systems. Support recruitment activities, from onsite interview arrangements to onboarding. Provide administrative support for any assigned tasks. Requirements: Current university students graduating in or after 2026, majoring in any disciplines. Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney. Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua. Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR. Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2026. Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
