JOB FUNCTION Participants in our Summer Internship program will be individually mentored by members of various teams and have direct, hands-on exposure related to tasks specific to this mentor’s day-to-day role. Interns are encouraged to listen in on weekly investment committee meetings and attend our weekly speaker series to gain a comprehensive view of Riverside’s functions and collaborative culture. RESPONSIBILITIES The Technology Team is responsible for the delivery, support and security of technology solutions leveraged by the business. Technology intern responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Responding to and address support requests Technology hardware inventory management Troubleshooting technology issues In addition to working directly with mentors and on projects, interns will have the opportunity to meet with and shadow team members who are subject matter experts in disciplines of technology such as: Cloud systems engineering/administration Network architecture and engineering Information security principles and practices Data integration and warehousing Relevant Technologies You May Gain Exposure To: Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 11) Microsoft Office 365 suite of products including InTune endpoint manager Zoom Cloud Video and Voice Administration Okta Identity Management Crowdstrike Falcon, BeyondTrust Privilege Management Mimecast Email Gateway and Archive Poly and Cisco Endpoint Cameras DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Undergraduate student from the Class of 2027 and 2028 with previous office experience. Candidates with Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related major highly preferred Customer-service oriented A critical, creative mind for research Superior analytical abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Accuracy and attention to detail Excellent work ethic Strong time management and multi-tasking ability Demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities Professional demeanor Punctual and dependable Energetic team player Positive “Can Do” attitude A passion for learning and a fun spirit!
