Responsibilities: China Strategy Provide weekly bulletin to help the team stay updated on major China social platforms trends, eCommerce platform polities and competitors’ update. Assist in marketing campaign management with key accountability in preparing optimization plan to improve performance. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate campaign delivery as planned. Analyze platform data to generate actionable insights on customer behavior, monitor campaign performance & traffic metrics for optimization. International & Local Market Strategy Assist in marketing initiatives through gathering consumer insights and supporting project execution. Support the enhancement of official platforms by optimizing content for search and user experience. Contribute to the analysis and understanding of local audience. Coordinate project timelines and support meeting follow-ups across teams. Requirements: Current university students graduating in or after 2026, major in Business Management, Marketing, Communication or any other related disciplines. Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney. Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua. Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2026. Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
