Job Category: Academic Staff Employment Type: Terminal (Fixed Term) Job Profile: Clinical Instructor Job Summary: This appointment will be in the 2027-2028 Cardiothoracic Imaging Fellowship Program receiving advanced training in Cardiothoracic Imaging. The clinical activities for which the position can function independently during training include general radiology duties, such as general imaging, on-call non-cardiac CT and non-cardiac MR interpretation, on-call general radiology services, and work at the non-UWHC sites. This position will always function as a trainee when performing cardiac MR interpretation. The position will often supervise and teach residents and medical students. An additional component of this appointment outside of the fellowship could be providing independent clinical services for the Department of Radiology as necessary and as assigned by the Department Chair. Work may be carried out at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, UnityPoint Health-Meriter Hospital and/or other radiology outpatient or outreach sites and extended coverage areas as necessary. Additional Job Details: This position is full or part-time, 50%-100% Terminal, 12-month appointment. Position is for one year with the possibility of extending for an additional year. This position requires work to be completed onsite, at a designated campus work location.
