Our service operates in the Western region of Melbourne and provides a holistic multidisciplinary approach to palliative care. We provide psychological and spiritual support, caring for people of all ages with life-limiting illnesses in their homes as well as complex symptom management at Werribee Mercy Hospital Inpatient unit. We currently care for over 500 patients across the region in their own homes. Our service is a recognised rotation with the college. Community Palliative Care & Geriatric Registrar – 12-months rotations (6 months Community Palliative Care & 6 months Geriatric Medicine) The position is fully accredited and is supported by our team of palliative care physicians and Geriatrician who provide excellent supervision and teaching. Responsibilities
