Job Description Civil litigation associates serve within the areas of insurance defense, professional liability defense and civil litigation. Workers’ Compensation duties include, but are not limited to, research, writing, contentions, evaluation letters, discovery, motions and other litigation support activities. Qualifications Civil Litigation: Strong research and writing capabilities are a must. Practicing state license required. Workers' Compensation: Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, have strong research, writing and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently. Practicing state license required.
