Our Finance Graduate Program is open to candidates based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) and Naarm (Melbourne), commencing on 8 February 2027. This is an 18-month full-time program that offers multiple rotations and exposure within your chosen field. Responsibilities

Participants will build financial acumen by gaining a comprehensive understanding of Finance's role at Australia's largest insurer, completing three rotations across nine areas including core finance and specialist functions. Responsibilities include preparing internal and external reports, contributing to annual budgets and forecasts, assisting with expense management, and collaborating on BAU activities and risk management practices.
