Job Description Our Dams group works across a wide range of projects, from long-term Dam Safety Upgrade Programs to the detailed design of major nation-shaping developments. We cover all aspects of dam design, including water storage, flood mitigation, hydropower, and tailings storage facilities—providing end-to-end services from concept through to construction. We’re looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team in Melbourne. Qualifications Graduate Attributes: We’re seeking graduates with strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, well developed planning and organisational skills and a commitment to professionalism and integrity. Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of programs essential. Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering or any related discipline. Interest/strength in geotechnical or structural engineering preferred. Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program. Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2027.
