Responsibilities Participate in rotational placements across different business units to gain comprehensive industry exposure. Assist in conducting market research and analysis to support client grain marketing strategies. Physical grain contract administration and execution. Grain stock and bank reconciliation. Transport planning & scheduling. Price discovery & recording. Negotiation & grain brokering. Process recording and improvement. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Economics, Business, Finance or a related field, graduating before February 2027. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal. Demonstrated interest or experience in the agricultural industry. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team. Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with AI tools is a plus. High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
