Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated Graduate Structural Engineer to join our Melbourne (Buildings & Places) Structures team. In this role, you will support the design and delivery of structural engineering projects across sectors such as aviation, sport, culture & entertainment, education, healthcare, and transport infrastructure. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams help uphold AECOM’s reputation for technical excellence and innovation. How you’ll make a difference: Assist in structural design and project delivery, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and Building Codes of Australia (BCA). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and sustainable structural solutions. Conduct structural analysis and assist in preparing design reports and engineering documentation. Support project management by tracking timelines, budgets, and resources, and engaging with clients and stakeholders. Learn and apply best practices to enhance technical skills and project outcomes. Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or any related discipline.
