We are looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer (Pavements + Aviation) to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects, contributing to the successful delivery of transport network and infrastructure solutions. How you’ll make a difference: Develop technical skills, build industry knowledge, and grow your career in a supportive and collaborative environment under the guidance of experienced engineers, planners and modellers. Support the delivery of traffic and transport engineering tasks, including: traffic modelling, data analysis, mapping and visualisation, transport impact assessments, and infrastructure design development. Learn and use traffic modelling, mapping, and data analysis software (such as SIDRA, GIS, Python) to support engineering projects. Gather and organise basic engineering data using established procedures and systems. Assist with specific and defined portions of larger project assignments under the guidance of senior engineers and transport planners and modellers. Apply standards and guidelines in the planning and design process and an ability to develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges Apply safe systems principles to develop a safe environment for all road users Plan for and test the movement of people across all modes and a range of projects. Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil or Traffic Engineering, Transport Planning, Mathematics or any related discipline. Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program. Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027.
