Fraud, Security & Control Graduate As the Fraud, Security & Control Graduate, you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding the integrity of the banking and financial system by supporting our Fraud & Investigations, and Security and Controls teams. Through structured rotations across key area including transaction monitoring, client due diligence, fraud and FEC investigations, as well as security operations and governance, you'll apply critical thinking and analytical skills to identify emerging trends, enhance controls, and help mitigate risks, contributing to a secure and compliant banking environment. To develop a well-rounded knowledge of the bank, you will also be placed on three short-term rotations within risk and compliance, operations and at a regional branch. Selected Graduates will also be placed on a short-term international rotation to connect with colleagues in our global head office in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Responsibilities

The graduate will support Fraud & Investigations and Security and Controls teams through rotations in transaction monitoring and client due diligence. They will identify emerging trends and enhance controls to mitigate risks within the banking environment.
