Qualitest is the world’s leading AI-powered Quality Engineering company.  With 8,000+ experts worldwide and 1,500 in Israel, we partner with top global brands to deliver smarter, faster, and more reliable technology solutions.    We’re Hiring: Performance Engineering Expert based in  Raanana to design and implement robust performance engineering frameworks capable of operating in live environments, with a strong emphasis on real-time performance validation, KPI analysis, and automated load generation using containerised infrastructure.        Responsabilites:   Develop performance testing frameworks for live / production-like environments. Framework to handle load, stress, spike, stability, and scalability testing across distributed systems. Define and measure performance KPIs including Network time (e.g., first time to buffer), 90th/95th/99th percentile response times, Throughput rate and latency Build framework to help analyse regressions between builds and recommend tuning strategies. Create containerised load generation environments using Docker and Kubernetes. Automate test execution and environment provisioning via CI/CD pipelines. Recommend scaling configurations based on telemetry and performance trends.     Requirements:   Extensive experience with performance testing tools such as K6, Gatling, JMeter, NeoLoad, or LoadRunner. Strong background in performance testing and engineering principles. Deep understanding of testing methodologies: load, stress, spike, stability, scalability. Proficiency in KPI analysis, including percentile response times, throughput, latency, and network time. Experience with regression analysis and performance tuning. Hands-on experience with container orchestration technologies: Kubernetes and Docker. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform. Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Bash, and JavaScript. Experience with live environment testing and observability tools.
