Your tasks

  • Full responsibility for the areas of Finance, HR, Sales & Procurement
  • Preparation, monitoring, and optimization of the company’s budget and liquidity planning
  • Development and enhancement of a company-wide KPI and performance management system

Your profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable commercial leadership role within the auto-motive or supplier industry
  • Strong proficiency in SAP, especially in finance modules (FI/CO); knowledge of sales and procurement modules is a plus
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing interdisciplinary teams
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured and entrepreneurial working style
  • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a solution- and result-oriented mindset
  • Experience in developing and implementing KPI systems is desirable
