Position: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: Pearl City, HI (Onsite)
Pay: $22/hour
Experience: 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable.
Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Monitor and research customer account and transaction details to resolve non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Scan and maintain documents.
• Manage the Accounts Receivable email.
• Handle reconciliation, collection, and dispute resolution with customers.
• Maintain current and accurate account notes.
• Contact customers via phone and email to gain payment commitments for overdue invoices.
• Review aged accounts receivable and cash receipts daily reports to maintain current accounts.
• Handle customer cash applications, including recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Utilize accounting software systems for data processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with the industry standards and procedures.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic experience with Microsoft Suites, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an outgoing attitude.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
