Key responsibilities include:  * Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills. * Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance. * Transport residents to appointments and community activities. * Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies. * Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation.   What You Bring:  * High school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred. * Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.). * Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency. * Compassion, patience, and a commitment to trauma-informed care. * Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).
