SUMMARY Young Adult Services (YAS) Senior Director of Clinical Services (SDC) to lead trauma‑informed, recovery‑oriented services across our DMHAS Residential Services (DRS) programs, including Young Adult Services (YAS) transitional sites, community‑based supports, and supervision of the Mental Health Waiver Program. While strong clinical expertise is essential, this position is primarily focused on leadership, systems development, staff training, program quality, and maintaining trauma‑informed service delivery across all DRS programs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide strategic leadership for DRS and YAS programs, ensuring high‑quality, trauma‑informed operations. Oversee admissions, clinical reviews, and interagency collaboration with WH CMHC and DMHAS. Supervise the Coordinator of Community Services, YAS Case Managers, and Mental Health Waiver Program. Monitor documentation, Sandata, ETO/DDAP data accuracy, and regulatory compliance (DMHAS/CARF). Lead program development, outcomes monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Master’s degree in any of the following: Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Education or related field or eligibility for a Masters within one year of hire. This position must have 1-3 years of case management experience with at least one of those years being supervisory experience in the behavioral health field, including in a trauma informed program, preferably with some direct experience with young adults with psychiatric and autism spectrum diagnoses and in a transitional setting. SALARY $55,935/yr. Rate increases to $62,100/yr, after 6 months.
