JOB TITLE: 24 Hour Security Agent REPORTS TO: Security Supervisor DEPARTMENT: Operations PAY RATE: $20.25/hour JOB SUMMARY: Controls access to the property, screens guests and employees and ensures that they are following park policies and procedures. Periodically conducts patrols of the property. THIS IS AN OVER NIGHT POSITION. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Screen and greet guests and employees entering the property and making sure that they are authorized to enter. * Conduct monitoring operations using the camera system. * Responsible for reports and enforcing all park policies at all gates into and out of the park. * Some locations require monitoring vehicle traffic and may require directing vehicles in parking areas when needed. * Point of contact for various alarm monitoring systems. * Patrol the property to make sure locations are secure and there are no individuals trespassing. * Must maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment. * Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Law enforcement training or criminal justice classes preferred. * CCTV experience preferred. * Dispatching experience preferred. * Minimum of one year previous security experience is preferred. * Obtaining a Denver City and County Security Guard License is recommended.
