You will work closely with businesses, property managers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to promote and sell our premium gutter systems. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential B2B clients through research, networking, and cold-calling to generate leads and opportunities. Consultative Sales: Understand the unique gutter needs and challenges of businesses, providing tailored solutions and recommendations. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our gutter systems, their features, and benefits, and effectively communicate these to potential clients. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships with potential customers to foster long-term partnerships. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our gutter solutions. Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software. Qualifications: Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in construction or building-related industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
