Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) Part-Time | Non‑Exempt Location: Pottstown (and surrounding areas) Compensation: $21.00–$26.00 per hour (Bonus Eligible) About the Role The Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) provides direct 1:1 support to clients by implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Behavior Specialist Consultant (BSC) or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will support clients across a variety of settings, including homes, schools, preschools, clinics, and community environments. During training, BTs/RBTs work a dynamic schedule with exposure to multiple clients and settings. After training, permanent client assignments are provided. Responsibilities * Provide 1:1 support in individual and group settings * Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior programs * Collect andsubmitsession data accurately and on time * Support communication, social, and behavioral skill development * Provide therapeutic interventions to reduce maladaptive behaviors * Collaborate with the clinical team to promote positive outcomes Work Setting Employees may be assigned to various environments based on organizational needs, including homes, schools, preschools, clinics, and community-based settings.
