Please be advised that multiple Strike Resource Scheduler casual positions are available with an initial work assignment in Edmonton.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Grade 12 Diploma.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous.
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple details simultaneously.
  • Able to diligently follow established processes.
  • Basic Apple computer and Microsoft Office experience would be an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license may be required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous: One (1) year experience in a clerical environment performingclerical duties is required. One (1) year Scheduling experience is consideredan asset.

The Strike Resource Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and confirming scheduling assignments to ensure prompt shift coverage in a fast-paced environment. This role supports operational continuity by processing schedule changes, responding to emergent staffing needs, and providing direct support during strike actions. Working under general supervision and within established procedures, the Scheduler also plays a key role in intake processing, strike line coordination, and attendance tracking. The ability to manage sensitive information and maintain a high degree of confidentiality is essentials.
