Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing website content and social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with the company’s goals. The role will also involve planning and executing internal and external events, creating newsletters, and coordinating webinars and conferences to support employee engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Management:
- Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with the company’s messaging.
- Develop and schedule social media content that aligns with marketing campaigns and brand identity.
- Monitor website and social media analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Internal Communications:
- Write and distribute monthly newsletters to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Collaborate with various departments to share updates, celebrate achievements, and promote events.
- Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute corporate events, including employee engagement activities, conferences, and webinars.
- Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, agenda planning, and communication with speakers and participants.
- Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure successful execution.
- Maintaining marketing inventory/souvenirs.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Operations department to ensure seamless coordination of company-wide communications.
- Support cross-functional teams in developing marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on the performance of marketing and communication initiatives.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing website content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Event planning experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
