We believe that beauty is completed by ‘being true’ to the unique and extraordinary characteristics of individuals, and therefore, Amorepacific shapes a future where we all discover our own innate beauty and pursue fulfilling lives.     About the Job You will be responsible for planning and managing product strategies for the cosmetics brand "Aestura."     Responsibilities Product and Category Strategy Planning Based on Japanese Market Analysis - Selection of key and promotional products on an annual and monthly basis - Creation of marketing calendars - Strategic planning for promotional products in the Japanese market - Product management - Sample product management - Development and proofreading of packaging materials - Product data management  Market Environment and Competitor Analysis - Collecting and analyzing information on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior - Gathering and analyzing product trend information through media and other sources - Collecting insights from sales staff and sales departments - Researching and reporting on key competitor products within the category     Essential Requirements At least 3 years of experience in brand/product marketing within the FMCG or cosmetics industry Fluent Japanese language skills and valid residency status in Japan required     Qualifications Experience in market and data analysis Knowledge of products and brand business operations Understanding of product development (cosmetics, quasi-drugs) Financial knowledge (P&L, growth analysis, sales forecasting) Experience in advertising and media planning Experience in digital marketing Experience in VMD/creative work (both 2D and 3D) Language skills in English or Korean are a plus     How to apply To apply for this position, please prepare the following documents: Resume(履歴書) — formatted using the official template provided by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (厚生労働省).
