With your strong sense of quality, structure, and efficiency, you take on both the strategic responsibility and operational execution of all housekeeping processes in our hotel. As an experienced leader, you not only ensure daily cleanliness and hygiene at the highest level, but also continuously develop your team – both professionally and personally.
You lead cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing processes and setting innovative standards in collaboration with internal departments and external service providers. In doing so, you leverage modern tools and methods to use resources efficiently and establish new benchmarks in quality and sustainability.
Guest satisfaction is both your standard and your motivation. Through clear communication, structured planning, and a sharp eye for detail, you ensure that every room, every area, and every team member contributes to upholding our high standards – day in, day out.

Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for maintaining the service and cleanliness standards of all rooms as well as the public areas.
  • You have overall responsibility for the professional planning, scheduling and operational processes of the cleaning staff
  • You are responsible for the final inspection and release of the cleaned rooms
  • You process invoices and delivery bills for your department and work closely with the accounting department
  • You have your figures under control - whether contractor costs, cleaning agent costs or personnel costs - you always have your numbers in check
  • You are the contact person for external and contract companies, negotiate conditions if necessary and ensure that brand standards are adhered to.
  • You are responsible for the inventory and control of the cleaning agents as well as their correct stock-keeping.
  • You facilitate clear and professional communication within your teams and with other departments such as engineering, front office, etc….
  • You are interested in guest satisfaction and always find new ways to improve it
  • You are responsible for the administrative and operational management of the HSK team
  • You are responsible for the further development of your team and the trainees and enjoy passing on your extensive knowledge
  • You are responsible for recruiting new team members, in collaboration with the Director of Rooms & HR
  • You provide new team members with a professional induction and a motivating working atmosphere
  • You are a real team player with all hotel departments and the leadership team
