JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Sr Manager, Data Products (Guest Room Entertainment TV) - FLEX to join the Global Intelligence Products (GIP) organization and manage data related to Marriott’s Guest Room Entertainment (GRE) tv screens. This role centers on implementing data strategies to enable digital data at our property tvs and foster personalized experiences. Marriott is undertaking a transformation initiative to develop and deploy GRE Next Gen as a true global platform to enhance the guest experience, reduce costs for hotels, enable hotel content on the TV, and drive revenue through monetization of hotel screens. The Sr Manager will drive data & tracking requirements for the holistic experience these channels, focusing on effective customer data collection, curation, and activation to enable prioritized use cases for revenue growth.
In this position, you will design data pipelines for integration of GRE with Mar-Tech systems and support targeting for onsite digital and collect engagement data back to support marketing measurement. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, digital, and technology, you will be responsible for evolving customer data, leveraging advanced technologies such as cloud data warehouses (Snowflake) and ad technologies and deliver impactful results.
