POSITION SUMMARY

As the Executive Lounge Team Leader, you will be a key support to the Lounge operation, ensuring smooth daily service while delivering an elevated experience to our elite guests. In this hands-on role, you will lead by example on the floor, support your fellow associates during service, assist with guest needs, and help maintain the high standards of the Lounge.

Lounge Operations:

  • Assist with daily Lounge service including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails.
  • Ensure the Lounge remains clean, organised, and guest-ready at all times.
  • Manage guest flow and seating to maintain a relaxing and premium atmosphere.
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local recommendations.
  • Assist guests with special requests, liaising with relevant departments to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Proactively handle guest feedback and ensure issues are followed up promptly.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Engineering to support Lounge operations.

Team support:

  • Foster teamwork, positive communication, and a supportive work environment.
  • Lead by example in delivering Wonderful Hospitality, Always.
  • Work alongside the management team to support the training of new hires.

Administration & Compliance:

  • Assist with stock checks, replenishing supplies, and maintaining presentation standards.
  • Report maintenance, cleanliness, or service issues promptly to supervisors or relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of lounge usage & feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing regulations.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Managers.
