Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

Opening in the heart of Mayfair, The St. Regis London marks the brand’s grand debut in the United Kingdom. Set within a meticulously restored historic building on Bond Street, this landmark property will offer a new benchmark in luxury hospitality. With its signature butler service, refined design by Richmond International, and a curated blend of heritage and modernity, The St. Regis London is poised to become a destination of distinction for global tastemakers, dignitaries, and discerning travelers.
As Director of Revenue, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy of one of London’s most anticipated luxury openings. This role is not just about managing numbers—it’s about unlocking the full revenue potential of a flagship property through strategic foresight, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will lead the development and implementation of pricing, distribution, and inventory strategies across all segments, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and market dynamics. Your insights will directly influence business decisions, from sales and marketing to operations and owner relations.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the hotel’s revenue management vision, aligning with the broader commercial strategy and brand ethos of St. Regis.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscape, demand trends, and economic indicators to inform proactive pricing and inventory decisions.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Operations to ensure cohesive execution of revenue strategies.
  • Performance Optimization: Leverage Marriott’s advanced systems and tools to forecast, analyze, and optimize performance across transient, group, and wholesale segments.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to ownership, Marriott corporate teams, and property leadership, providing clear insights and recommendations.
