WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR…

We are looking for a spoon wielding kitchen talent who can creatively and with a lot of expertise implement our innovative F&B concepts with focus on sweets & pastry. The spectrum ranges from modern Italian cuisine to upscale fine dining to huge banquets, meetings and events. Through your profound experience and your skills, you inspire our guests every day new.

Responsibilities
  • You manage shifts partly independently and support the supervisors in administration
  • You do not lose the overview and manage to guide and lead the team accordingly
  • You support creative and innovative menu planning and calculations based on the F&B concept with main focus on pastry
  • You optimize the productivity and efficiency of the subordinate areas, always being a role model and passing on feedback and ideas to your superiors
  • You work closely with the service team during shifts
  • You monitor the kitchen in terms of cleanliness and maintenance (HAACP)
  • You assist with purchasing and ordering food/goods in consultation with your supervisors
  • You are a true team player with all F&B departments and the leadership team
  • You are jointly responsible for the further development of our kitchen team and the training of our apprentices and enjoy passing on your extensive knowledge
  • You are no stranger to social media and regularly provide content for our marketing team
