Responsibilities: Under the general supervision of the Director of Families Forward (FF), provides leadership over FF youth prevention activities, such as: Lifesavers Suicide Prevention Group, participation in community collaborative prevention coalitions, grants, and the ICYOU program. Serves as co-lead of Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) for the organization. Serves as representative in other agency initiatives such as Zero Suicide. Coordinates and provides community training such as AMSR and QPR. Provides other presentations as needed in the community as well as FF media requestions. Serves in a lead role regarding training implementation for FF and the organization as needed. May perform grant writing, data collection and analysis, development of policy and procedures and other administrative duties. Responsible for carrying out all activities of the program/sub-unit in such a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies and procedures. Requirements:  Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college/university is required.  Possession of an appropriate State of Michigan credential is required.  At least three years of post-graduate clinical experience providing mental health services to SED children and families is required. At least one year of work experience in a lead position or progressively more responsible position is required.  Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally is required.   Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external providers required. Must be philosophically committed to community-based treatment and have strong advocacy skills. Salary/Hours:  Starting salary $66,711-$77,605 annually with scheduled, annual increases that can result in a salary of  $99,689 per year. 40 hours per week. Regular Full-Time.   Location: Families Forward, Lansing, Michigan.
