JOB SUMMARY

To plan and conduct interactions to engage and communicate with stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and interest, ensuring their involvement throughout the project lifecycle. The project will establish new arrangements for public sector connectivity following the expiry of existing contractual arrangements that will expire in October 2028. This business-critical project will secure business continuity for digital connectivity services consumed by over 100 public sector organisations across all public-funded sectors.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The post-holder will report to the SEO Senior Engagement Manager, supported by external contractors sourced as necessary to help deliver the project requirements.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Stakeholder Engagement - The ability engage and communicate with stakeholders, using appropriate channels, to ensure all those impacted by the change are engaged, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests
  • Requirements Management - Requirements management is the process of capturing stakeholder needs, assessing, defining, and justifying those needs to inform the development of an agreed schedule of requirements with the wider project team
