Job Description Join our team as a passionate 2D Animator (Junior / Regular / Senior) to lead and innovate within our Games Portfolio! What You’ll Do Animate a wide range of 2D assets, including: Character and creature movements Symbols and win animations FX animations Background/environmental effects UI transitions and gameplay effects Bonus game features Work with 2D artists to prepare layered art for animation. Deliver smooth, polished animations optimized for multiple devices and engines. Collaborate with designers and Art Directors to align animation timing with gameplay. Produce prototype animations to define early motion direction. Prepare and export animations using Spine, After Effects, or similar tools. Ensure consistency and quality across all animation assets. Apply feedback efficiently from leads, producers, and QA teams. Qualifications Who You Are Job Requirements & Competencies Technical Skills Proficiency in Spine, After Effects, or similar 2D animation tools. Strong understanding of animation principles: squash/stretch, timing, easing, anticipation, overlap, etc. Experience animating UI, symbols, characters, and FX. Ability to optimize animations for browser and mobile performance. Basic Photoshop/Clip Studio Paint knowledge. Experience Junior: min. 1 year experience + solid demo reel + strong fundamentals. Regular: 3 years experience in games, confident in independent production. Senior: 4–6+ years experience, strong animation ownership, iGaming experience preferred. Soft Skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. High attention to detail and creativity. Extra Points For Unity/HTML5 engine experience.
