Join Our Growing Warehousing Team Due to increased demand for our product range, we are expanding our Night Shift Warehouse team from two to four team members, including a dedicated 2IC role. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced warehousing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading by example, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly overnight. The role is critical to the success and effectiveness of our night shift operations. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, the ability to think ahead, and the initiative to ensure production schedules are consistently supported. While the environment can at times be reactive, it also offers significant opportunities for growth, development, and continuous improvement. Shift Details Monday to Friday 40 hours per week 11:00pm – 7:30am Night shift allowance included About the Role Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will support the wider warehouse operation while helping lead the night shift team. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out stores and warehousing duties as required Ensuring all warehouse activities are completed safely, accurately, and on time Coaching and mentoring team members across the shift Supporting production schedules through strong planning and organisation Monitoring and reporting daily and weekly KPIs Maintaining excellent housekeeping and warehouse standards Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing operations What you’ll bring: Previous warehousing or stores experience, ideally within a Lean Manufacturing environment Experience operating forklifts and holding current F Endorsement and OSH certification Experience using SAP or similar warehouse management systems preferred Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Experience supporting team members or stepping into leadership responsibilities is advantageous Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices within a warehouse environment Why Join Us?
