THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a 2IC Store Person to join our team at our Quality Bakers site in Christchurch.
You should have a strong willingness to learn and ideally have some leadership/supervisory experience. To excel in this role, you’ll need physical strength, a keen eye for detail, particularly in safety, and a readiness to adapt and grow.
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday 4pm to 12.30am
Hours of work: 40 p/w
Pay rate: $28.50 to $30.50 depending on experience

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they meet performance standards and adhere to company policies.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular cycle counting to prevent discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing overstock and obsolete inventory.
