As the 2IC at our brand-new Upper Coomera service, you’ll be supporting our Service Manager in a float position, leading the service and helping shape its culture from day one. With 122 licensed places across 6 rooms, this modern, purpose-built service will open in January 2026 and we’re looking for our 2IC to join us from November 2025 so you can be part of building the team from the ground up.
We’re after someone who is passionate, innovative and collaborative but also willing to challenge the status quo, drive change, and work side by side with our educators to make sure our service is the best it can be. With plenty of development happening in Upper Coomera, strong community growth, and the chance to work closely with our Gold Coast sister services, this is the perfect place to grow your career piece by piece.
