CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will be well organised and have great administration skills with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You will also have an eye for detail and a desire to provide the best quality service to our clients and all staff. Other requirements include:
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to remain positive and flexible to provide a proactive approach to supporting Premium Services Team
- Previous experience in Occupational Health and or leading a small team will be highly regarded
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an 2IC to lead our Premium Services Qld Team in Brisbane CBD, QLD, on a Full-Time basis, working 38 hours per week. This role demands an array of proficiencies, particularly, excellence in interpersonal and communication skills that support and reflect the Sonic HealthPlus culture. The role has four direct reports.
DUTIES
Reporting directly to the Senior Client Partner, this position will primarily be responsible for the coordination of administration services for Occupational Physician, Psychiatrist and Psychologists Health Assessments and consultancy services for valuable Government and Corporate clients. You will be responsible for:
- First point of contact for clients
- Ongoing liaison with clients
- Processing medical bookings
- Co-ordination of results management
- File management
- Answering dedicated unit phone line
- General administration duties
Because of the responsibility associated with the position, it is expected that the 2IC will display a warm and friendly demeanour whilst maintaining a premium level of respect, communication and service in dealing with employees, managers, patients, clients and service suppliers to promote the reputation of Sonic HealthPlus as the preferred provider of community and corporate medicine.
