The Parts Technician is a vital role within our organization, responsible for Sales of Parts and Accessories, managing and maintaining inventory. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently handle the procurement, storage, and distribution of parts while ensuring that all processes adhere to company standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

SKILLS

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems experience on Tekion and CDK asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge or experience in a technical field is preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols related to handling parts and equipment.

  • Provide technical support and guidance with customers and team members.
  • Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments for quality and accuracy.
  • Organize parts storage areas to optimize space and accessibility.
  • Assist in the procurement of parts by communicating with suppliers and vendors.
  • Prepare parts orders for internal departments or external customers.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and repair teams to identify required parts for projects.
  • Must be able to work various shifts and Saturdays.
