JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and eager Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow in the electrical trade under the guidance of experienced professionals. The Apprentice Electrician will assist in various electrical tasks, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to projects in both residential and industrial settings.

SKILLS

  • Must have residential wiring knowledge and experience with minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Must have their own hand tools, power tools and should be proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to electrical work.
  • Must possess class 5 driving license and car to drive to different job sites.
  • Must be able to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn new techniques.
  • Good communication skills for effective teamwork on job sites.
  • A commitment to safety standards and practices within the workplace.

    Pay: $19.00-$25.16 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various tasks.
  • Help with the installation of low voltage systems, including wiring for alarms, communications, and other electronic systems.
  • Participate in troubleshooting electrical issues under supervision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
